Jack Mitchell
President & CEO
Jack has thirty years of transportation experience most in executive positions with FedEx, DHL, Nippon, AFMS, & Eastern Connection. Jack recently developed a Ground Product for a regional carrier to compete with national delivery companies. While at FedEx, Mitchell was Managing Director for Global and Field Sales responsible for worldwide account with revenues of $1.6 billion dollars. He received the FedEx Chairman’s Five Star Award form Fred Smith for yield and profit improvement. As Vice President Sales at DHL Jack was awarded the Presidents’ Top Gun Award for cost reduction. With a passion for airplanes he studied Airport and Business management and graduated from Nathaniel Hawthorne College. Jack served on the Conference Board, World Economic Development Council, MIT Learning Center, Diversity Task Force, and the Council of Logistics Management. He is also a speaker and writer for Boardroom Inc. Bottom Line Publications, Internet Retailer, Parcel, Entrepreneur, Velocity, Traffic World and advisor for the Colman Research Group, Elliott Advisors (UK) Limited, and Expert 360.
Sarah Carey
Vice President - Business Development & Audit Plus™
Sarah has been involved in logistics and supply chain consultative sales for 25 plus years. She came straight from the carrier ranks where she has been negotiating domestic and international global worldwide price agreements. Industry experience includes Customer Service, International Sales, Sales Management and Invoice Auditing. At DHL she was honored as one of the top 10 Corporate Account Executives nationwide. Her international experience at DHL was complimented by her role as a Worldwide Account Manager with TNT Skypak servicing Freight Forwarders, and selling Supply Chain Solutions and Express Services. Currently Sarah is Vice President Audit Plus™ responsible for new account implementation, customer compliance, accounts receivables and carrier invoicing. Sarah was a graduate of Rutgers University, with a Bachelor of Science, and Environmental & Business Economics.
Bonnie Dean
Vice President - Technology & Information Systems
Bonnie Dean has over twenty years of IT and database experience in industries such as shipping, healthcare, software development & securities processing. She has worked in many capacities; as an analyst, a programmer, in support & training roles. Bonnie works with people to create solutions that meets the client needs and add value. She is able to translate user requirements to technical specifications, then to working applications. Bonnie has been involved in all aspects, from the concept to implication and support, for many of the projects she worked on. She graduated Northeastern University as an industrial engineer in and then 1981 and then received her MBA at Seton Hall University in 1984. Personal activities include Tennis, Mom Ball and visiting her children in warm places. Bonnie is also a member of the North Shore Technology Council.
Tom Kane
Vice President of Postal & E-Commerce Solutions
Tom comes to us from his recent assignment as a Business Alliance Manager with the U.S. Postal Service. He was a package consultant for both expedited and ground products. He worked with companies to help them develop their B to C business models. He also helped them with their supply chain solutions, including developing return programs. He also worked directly with the USPS business partners to provide both expedited and ground package last mile delivery programs.
Tom has over 40 years of transportation and logistics experience. His background also includes 26 years in the LTL sector with Consolidated Freightways. He served in several senior management positions including Director of the Customer Resource Center, and as Area Sales Manager. He then went to work as Regional Sales Director of DHL Express working on both domestic and international contracts.
